EST is proud to have a large and experienced team of construction management personnel. All of our inspectors have years of experience designing, constructing and observing a variety of projects across the state. Our inspectors have an experienced, professional support staff that maintain all records, data and other submissions from each job site and organize it in an easily accessible manner.

EST works closely with our clients and the contractor to maintain accurate, up-to-date files of all change orders, supplemental agreements, force accounts and other similar items. Quality Control and Quality Assurance can also be performed by EST personnel. Our labs are fully capable of providing all the necessary testing services on concrete, asphalt, soils and aggregates to guarantee the integrity of the construction services provided by the contractor.

With EST’s experienced, professional inspectors, ability to maintain accurate records and perform all necessary QA/QC tests, finalizing a project’s punch list and providing “As Constructed Drawings” to the Client in a timely manner is easy to achieve.   • NHY-12N (77) - Location: Seminole & Pottawatomie Counties

Type: Multiple Bridge Replacement
Location: Seminole & Pottawatomie Counties
Contractor: MJ Lee
Contract Amount: 4.7 Million

Multiple Bridge Replacement project over the Canadian River. New construction involved steel pilings, dynamic testing, drilled shafts, Class A and Class AA Concrete, prestressed beams, rip rap and erosion control. EST has provided all services necessary including observation and testing to successfully complete this project.

  • SBR-136A (112) - Location: Ponca City

Type: Bridge Repair
Location: Ponca City
Contractor: K&R Builders
Contract Amount: 1.2 Million

Bridge Repair project at the Conoco Refinery on US-60 in Ponca City. Repairs include deck replacement, lead paint removal, pneumatically placed mortar repairs on pier caps, guardrail and erosion control items.

  • STP-155B (366) - Location: Edmond, OK

Type: Grade, Drain and Surface
Location: Edmond, OK
Contractor: TTK, Inc.
Contract Amount: 6.2 Million

This project spans 2.31 Kilometers along Boulevard (a city street) in Edmond. The project consists of earthwork, drainage structures, curb and gutter, concrete pavement, traffic control and erosion control. EST is providing full-service construction observation/inspection, documentation and testing services to TTK Inc. on this project.

  • ACPSTY-16FA (23) - Location: SH-59 in Sequoyah County

Type: Grade, Drain and Surface
Location: SH-59 in Sequoyah County
Contractor: Glover Construction
Contract Amount: 5.3 Million

This project encompasses two miles of roadway on SH-59. The projects consists of earthwork, pre-cast drainage structures, asphalt pavement, guardrail and all erosion control items. EST is providing full-service construction observation/inspection, documentation and testing services to Glover Construction on this project.
