 Geotechnical / Environmental Driller  

Requirements:

.  Class A CDL or be able to obtain

 Environmental Regulatory Specialist / Biologist (Norman office)  

Job Duties:

Regulatory compliance, permitting and monitoring involved with restoration projects, public works projects, and private development. Duties would include delineation and permitting pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, Section 7 and 10 of the Endangered Species Act, resource management and mitigation planning, impact analysis for NEPA documents, report preparation, and coordination with clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

.  A Bachelor's degree in biology, environmental science or related field
.  At least 3+ years of practical field experience
.  Experience in wetland delineation
.  Good understanding of the NEPA process and document preparation
.  Experience consulting with regulatory agencies and permitting
.  Strong verbal and written communication skills
.  Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Must have knowledge of structural and transportation engineering principles. Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required to effectively accomplish assigned tasks.

 Field Tech (Tulsa office)  

Field Technician: Provide test and inspection data to environmental, engineering, field, laboratory, projects.

Job Duties:

. Perform field tests according to prescribed procedures and standards.
. Collect soil and concrete samples, prepare samples for testing, record data, and prepare summary reports.
. Use specialized equipment and apparatus to prepare reports and/or technical data
. Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment
. Maintain results log
. Confer with Engineering staff on test efforts
. Set up, maintain, and calibrate equipment
. Serve in a lead worker capacity providing work direction and training to lower level technician staff
. May require some lifting and carrying
. Field assignments may require travel and/or work to be preformed on site
. Work with other task team members and leaders
. Considerable contact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors expected

Requirements

. Able to prepare reports and documentation
. Attention to detail
. Ability to work with minimal supervision
. Leadership and interpersonal skills
. May require the ability to lift and carry materials
. Must have valid drivers license
. The successful candidate will have experience with a nuclear density gauge
. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screens.

 Fracture Critical Certified Bridge Inspector / Team Leader  

Provide test and inspection data to environmental, engineering, field, laboratory, projects.

Job Duties:

. Lead the work of others
. Communicate effectively and maintain proper working relationships
. Utilize various inspection tools and equipment
. Climb/walk up and down steep embankments
. Work within confined spaces
. Perform various methods of material testing
. Climb overhead structures
. Must be able to pass a physical exam
. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
. Must be able to perform tasks while wearing appropriate safety gear
  (i.e. fall protection harness, head protection, respirator, etc.)
. Must possess a valid drivers license with good driving record
. Submit to a criminal background check

Requirements

. Completion of two-week comprehensive training course based on the Bridge Inspector's Training Manual
. Fracture critical member inspection class.

One of the following:

. Minimum of five (5) years in bridge safety inspection assignments in a responsible capacity
. Possess current certification as a Level III or Level IV Bridge Safety Inspector under the National Certification in Engineering
Technologies (NICET).
. Registered Professional Engineer

 Survey Tech  - POSITION FILLED

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Post survey field data analysis
. Construction layout calculations
. Grade sheet computation
. Boundary survey resolution
. Construction As-built surveys and/or layout sketches
. Project datum conversion/transformation
. Coordination with CAD personnel
. Assisting project surveyor with obtaining necessary data to complete survey

Qualifications

. AutoCAD and Eagle Point experience a plus
. Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry a plus
. Ability to meet project deadlines within given budget limits and time frames
. Ability and focus on Quality Control/Quality Assurance
. Team Player
. Desire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced work environment

As an Intern at EST, some of your responsibilities will include developing, preparing and reviewing engineering plans and designs for structures, facilities and/or systems. You may also be responsible for developing, preparing and reviewing reports and studies to identify and recommend engineering solutions. Finally, you will implement and review statutes and regulations.
