ESTs staff is headed by Michael Vahabzadegan, P.E.,
who is both the owner and president of the company.
Mr. Vahabzadegan has provided project management and
consulting services to roadway design, surveying,
traffic studies, right-of-way preparation and
environmental reviews.
He has over ten years experience working at the
Oklahoma Department of Transportation as a Field
Division Engineer, Assistant Division Engineer and
Resident Engineer. Mr. Vahabzadegan holds both a
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a
Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from
the University of New Mexico and is a licensed
Professional Engineer.

in providing construction management observation and
inspection services to the construction industry.
EST has served as both a construction manager and
inspector for many years with the Oklahoma
Department of Transportation.
