Shane Long, Vice President - Survey
Education: Oklahoma State University, B.S. Construction Management

Mr. Long is currently Operations Manager for the Southern Division of EST. Mr. Longs responsibilities include managing all survey, design, inspection and testing for the Southern Division. Mr. Long is familiar with computer software used for scheduling & project management, HCSS Heavy Bid, estimating software, Operational experience with numerous types of excavation & paving equipment, Troxler Nuclear Gauges, OSHA Construction Safety and Health, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, ODOT Quality Control/Quality Assurance of Aggregates and ODOT Quality Control/Quality Assurance of Asphalt Materials.

- EST has experienced staff in all aspects of Land Surveying projects. EST has nine offices strategically located throughout the state that are able to serve as a base of operations for surveying projects. EST has the distinction of employing personnel who have an abundant amount of experience with survey and construction staking projects across the state. Currently, EST is providing on-demand survey services for a variety of projects state-wide for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

Using our Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment we can perform surveying tasks, including control networks, with sub-centimeter accuracy and other services. We provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data collection and have the ability to deliver the final product directly to your computer system in a variety of ready-to-use digital formats.
