Cassidy Doescher,

Engineering
Mrs. Doescher is a registered Professional Engineer
and has obtained over 5 years of design experience
while working at the Oklahoma Department of
Transportation and EST. She is experienced in the
design of roadway, pavement rehabilitation,
subdivision, drainage, utility and waterline plans
for ODOT and various public and private entities.
While at EST, Mrs. Doescher has conducted multiple
public, utility coordination and construction
management oversight meetings. Mrs. Doescher has
background knowledge of construction procedures,
standards, specifications, and guidelines
established by Federal, State, and local entities.

EST’s Roadway Design portfolio includes complex
multi-lane highways, interstate interchanges, city
streets and intersections.
The team performs most of the analyses for road
design, prepares reports, gains input from other
divisions and performs the necessary drafting work
for the preparation of in-house project plans.
The design teams develop the project survey line and
limits and are responsible for the design of all
roadway drainage design, including cross drainage
structures which are not classified as bridges. EST
is thoroughly familiar with all Federal, State, City
and local design standards and guidelines and will
work closely with our clients to ensure successful
project completion.

Our engineers at EST maintain an open approach to
all design projects involving multiple participants.
Our approach is to make a series of visits to the
project site while maintaining open dialog with our
clients on our progress. EST coordinates work with
all utility companies to maintain an adequate flow
of information throughout the duration of the
projects.
