Engineering
Mr. Key is a registered Professional Engineer with
over 5 years of construction and engineering
experience. His responsibilities include directing
and supervising technical design staff in roadway
and geotechnical design projects. He is most
experienced in developing, preparing, and reviewing
geotechnical reports. In addition, Mr. Key is
familiar with Oklahoma Department of Transportation construction procedures and
specifications. He is also experienced with
preparing hydrologic and hydraulic reports,
recommendations and reports for various ODOT roadway
and bridge projects. Mr. Key is proficient with
AutoCAD, Eagle Point, gINT and Microsoft Office
Software packages.

EST site design division allows clients to work with
experienced and professional staff that understand
the business of site design. Our senior leadership
addresses each clients specific project needs which
can begin with a sharing of advice on project
concepts and can carry through to the completion of
construction.
These projects include office and industrial parks;
multi-phase residential subdivisions; educational
and health care complexes; entertainment and sports
venues; office parks, shopping centers and golf
courses.
- EST site division provides services to real estate
developers, architects, planners, industries,
educational institutions, health care facilities and
contractors. Our in-house expertise allows us to
work with consultants and master planners in the
pre-development phases; as surveyors, engineers and
technical advisors during the critical site
development and permitting phases; and as your
representative during construction. We have the
capability to bring in environmental engineers or
waste management experts if needed.
