Tony Terrell
Tony has more than 20 years of design experience
including 11 years serving in the Roadway Design
Division at the Oklahoma Department of
Transportation. Tony is thoroughly familiar with all
aspects of preparing roadway, bridge, right-of-way,
traffic/signal, waterline and construction plans.
His skills include computer aided drafting, math
computations, working extensively with the project
engineer and having the knowledge of knowing every
sheet that should be implemented into the set of
plans.

EST has a tremendous amount of experience in
providing right-of-way and utility relocation
services to various entities across the state.
EST has extensive experience working with local
State Utility Branch and Right-of-Way Divisions
giving us an insight on exactly what is needed for
the project.
EST also has the capability in-house to provide any
surveying services necessary for any of the
projects. Our six survey crews consist of 2
Professionally Licensed Surveyors and are part of
the Oklahoma Department of Transportation On-Demand Surveying list.

acquisition and relocation services in the shortest
time frame possible.
Our multiple teams are ready at a moments notice
while our Norman office provides a short time frame
to reach a particular job when necessary.
