EST is a comprehensive Consulting Engineering firm with experienced Professional Engineers and certified surveyors. EST is a locally-owned, Oklahoma Corporation with a diversified staff, experienced with all aspects of Land Surveying projects. EST has 9 offices strategically located throughout the state that are able to serve as a base of operations for surveying projects. EST has the distinction of employing personnel who have an abundant amount of experience with survey and construction staking projects across the state. Currently, EST is providing on-demand survey services for a variety of projects state-wide for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

EST currently has three certified P.L.S. employees. EST has a tremendous amount of experience in providing land survey and construction staking services to both public and private entities. EST consistently conducts survey for ongoing projects of various scoping. One EST surveyor, Shane King, has the distinction of providing survey services for the Arkansas River Bridge collapse. This experience has given them a unique understanding of exactly what various municipalities and contractors are looking for in a quality survey. EST has the ability to work in MicroStation/AutoCAD and EaglePoint/InRoads which allows surveys to be delivered to the State in the correct format, eliminating the need for conversion of the surveys. We feel this gives EST a distinct advantage in providing quality, accurate surveys to the State of Oklahoma within the shortest time frame possible.

Report delivery is crucial to adequate documentation of project construction. We have the ability to deliver reports to our client’s rapidly through a variety of electronic and hard-copy methods. We are currently developing a web-based report delivery system that will be available to our clients.

When awarded a project, the personnel at EST will proceed by allocating the personnel and resources to facilitate all the required survey needs. In addition, our personnel will attend all relative meetings, furnish plans, survey data, and reports to all required agencies, and advise city personnel to questions that may arise during construction.

EST has recently acquired the new Topcon RTK Millimeter GPS surveying system. This system allows EST to create surveys that “generate accuracy to within a few millimeters”. This is a great improvement over the older equipment that guaranteed accuracy to only a few centimeters. EST believes these highly accurate surveys will provide the State with the best surveys attainable for any type of project.
